We thank you for considering us to host your wedding and be an integral part of your special day. It is our goal to make your dream wedding day come true! A bit of our history: I was born and raised at Twin Oaks Farm. Many years ago, our home was destroyed by a structure fire. My mother, Judy Jones, always dreamed of having a big house with columns and a staircase on her hill underneath the oak where she and her grandfather would stop for picnic lunch after riding the horses to gather the cattle. When rebuilding after the fire, that is exactly what she did, and The Loralei Inn began. Upon completion, she quickly decided that the house needed to be shared with others. Mother began offering her home and our gorgeous mountain views to guests and brides for events and vacations. After my mother’s passing, my daughters (Annie and Brittney) and I decided to continue my mother’s vision and share her love of our family, our mountains, our horses, and our beautiful Loralei Inn. The Loralei Inn at Twin Oaks Farm is located in the Bethel community of Haywood County. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah National Forest are minutes away and surround us with the most amazing views. Cold Mountain can be seen from our front porch and makes the most beautiful backdrop for our bridal pictures. In the years since our opening, we have had the honor of hosting hundreds of special events, with the majority being weddings, as well as the privilege of sharing our home and farm with many overnight guests. Our team at The Loralei Inn offers a wide variety of services, from our planner arranging every detail of your wedding to allowing you to do it yourself and even a mixture of both. We only host one event per day to ensure that you get all the attention you deserve and are not rushed in any way. We desire to make your wedding day relaxed and perfect. When you join us, you have use of the venue from 9 AM to 11 PM. We require a 45-day planning meeting to go over all the details of your wedding and prepare a rough diagram of the venue set-up that best fits your needs. We handle all the set-up and tear-down of our equipment. You are allowed to use any vendor you like with prior approval.

We do have a list of preferred vendors that have worked at our venue in the past and who provide service to our standards. Only the vendors listed are currently approved to work here. If you have a vendor you would like to use, send us their contact information so we can work with them to get them approved as soon as possible.

Monday thru Thursday (9am-11pm)

  • April 1 – August 31 $6000.00

Friday thru Sunday (9am-11pm)

  • April 1 – August 31 $7000.00

The above pricing is based on 120 guests. For each additional guest, the following charges will be added:

  • staff person (one additional person for each additional 50 guests) $600.00
  • Self-Catering Fee (when any non-professional caterer is used) $500.00
  • Offsite Rental Company Fee (if used for glassware, china, and flatware) $500.00

Other fees:

Refundable damage deposit due 14 day prior to event $1000.00

** A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to complete your reservation of our venue.**

The Loralei Inn at Twin Oaks Farm offers you and fifteen of your guests an intimate ceremony on our 100-acre estate, surrounded by breathtaking Blue Ridge mountains in every direction.

$2500.00 for 3 hours (each additional hour is $400) includes the following:

  • dressing area for couple and wedding party
  • multiple exquisite photo opportunities
  • Grand Patio or Infinity Garden for ceremony

The following amenities are available to enhance your experience offered by highly recommended local talented professionals to create your unforgettable elopement experience:
